During registration on the Buy2Bee platform you will be asked to sign the contract carefully studied by our group of experts

Is there a minimum order value?

For us it is important to make you shop, without any minimum order.

Are the products authentic?

It is our responsibility to ensure that the items you are buying are 100% original and authentic. All items are verified by us before sale.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by: PayPal, Credit Cards or Bank Transfer in advance.

What are the shipping services?

Shipping and delivery costs are related to the weight of the package of each order and depending on the place of destination.
Large orders will have a custom price based on weight.
Tracking numbers will be provided in your account.

How does the Drop-shipping model work?

During the purchase phase you can choose the customized package that best suits your needs. By purchasing the plugin, the products available on the Buy2Bee platform will synchronize with your eCommerce.

How does the Drop-shipping billing system work?

Efficiently managing the invoice in the drop-shipping program is essential to running a successful business.

The invoice will be issued every 30 days and will be delivered to the e-mail address entered during registration

How can I make a return request?

Our return policy allows the return of purchased items up to 20 days from delivery.

If the item is defective or wrong, the shipping costs will be provided by Buy2Bee.

However, if the item does not meet the customer's parameters, the shipping costs for the return of the products will be fully provide by the dropshipper.

To make the return request follow the instructions below:

  • - Access the "My Orders" section and select the order you want to return
  • - Select the product to be returned and click on "Request Return"
  • - Select the reason for the return and click on "Request Return"
  • - Within 72 hours you will receive confirmation from our customer service with the waybill to be attached

You can use the notes to add more information or a change of address for the collection of the goods.

The products must be returned intact (complete with tags, shoe bags / bags) in the original packaging.

How is the refund processed?

If you are entitled to a refund this will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the product.

The money returned will appear in your Virtual Wallet visible in the dedicated section in your Buy2Bee profile.

You can decide whether to withdraw the amount or use it to pay for a subsequent order. If the secondo order amount is greater than the money available in the Wallet, you will be asked to add a payment method to pay the remaining amount.

The balance of the invoice will be updated of all movements.
